HighPoint Community Services Association (HCSA) was formed in 1995 as a halfway house to administer help to drug addicts. Since then, we have expanded our scope of work and have extended our social work and support towards ex-offenders, abused teenage girls, underprivileged children, the elderly and the mentally challenged.
