Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home is an approved Voluntary Welfare Organisation registered under the Charities Act and a full member of the National Council of Social Services (NCSS). The Home has been accorded the Institution of Public Character Status (IPC) by the Ministry of Finance.
Chen Su Lan Methodist Children’s Home was founded in 1968 by Dr. Chen Su Lan. Located along Serangoon Garden Way, the home provides shelter, support and care for approximately 94 children. The home aims to retain a sense of normalcy for its residents and help them build self-esteem by integrating them into various public schools around Singapore and equipping them with tools to develop emotionally.
